So, yeah... first of all, no, I am not Ronald. I am Ausi, his crazy wife. The truth? I hate writing, I really, really do hate writing. But you see, I have been feeling for a long time now that I should share some of the wonderful and maybe not so wonderful things that have happened to us with people out there. Because maybe, just maybe, we can help someone in some small way and because this is a way in which I can show gratitude for all the blessings we have :)
Well, I guess I should start by introducing us. Here is my beautiful family!
So, who are we?
Those two cute little things are Teila and Kalel. Teila was born on November 12, and she is 3 years old now. The little guy is Kalel, and he just turned 2 on February. And of course, there is me and Ron.
But most importantly, we are an eternal family. Yeah, that is right. We are Latter Day Saints, more commonly known as Mormons and we believe that our Heavenly Father sent us here with a plan that would allow us to progress and go back to live with him again. But that is not all of it. The most important part of this plan is that it allows us to get married for all eternity. Not just til death. No, our marriage lasts even after we die, for all time and eternity, and so does our family (kids, parents, brothers, and sisters, etc.) sealed to us in the temple.
And the thing is that this really is a great and wonderful blessing.
We have been away from Ron since December 2013. It has been really hard to be away from him, and I cannot even begin to imagine how it would feel to be away from him forever if he or I were to die. What an unjust and sad thing it would be for our love and marriage to die if one of us were to die. But our wise and loving Heavenly Father loves us so much that He provided us the way to be together forever. And I love that!
And that is why - even though I hate writing - I want to share these things with you. Because I know them to be true, and because I believe this can help change people lives :)
You're awesome!! Love you guys!
